Following payment of your order, you must communicate to us by email the domain name to be retrieved. We will analyze the situation and present possible recovery strategies and their costs. You can decide to entrust us with the service for a cost of €30 (+€30 additional if successful), or try to recover it yourself.
What is our work?

- 2. If you entrust us with the recovery task, we place pre-reservations with all namecatchers likely to obtain the domain name
- 3. If the domain name is put up for auction by the namecatcher who obtained it, we bid for you
- 4. If successful, we help you carry out the transfer, push and/or update of the DNS so that you can use the domain name immediately, and repatriate it to your registrar as soon as possible
How much does an expired domain name ultimately cost?
Important: the amount paid of €30 paid for the service is NOT the final cost to obtain the domain name. These are fixed costs corresponding to the analysis of the domain name in question. You must then obtain it yourself from the namecatchers, or entrust us with the recovery service, which is again chargeable (€30 + €30 in case of success + the cost of purchasing the domain name from the service provider).
It is impossible to know in advance how much the ordered domain name will cost because namecatchers charge different prices and because the amount of any bids is unpredictable. Whatever your maximum budget, and unlike the majority of service providers paid on commission, we ensure that the final price is as low as possible , as if it were a purchase for our own account.
Please note: Domain names with strong SEO metrics (100 RD and more) generally bring together dozens of people at auction, or even more, which makes the probabilities of success very low.
Refunds
The €30 fixed fee is not refundable, because we will analyze the domain name and inform you of its recovery possibilities. Make sure you order a “catchable” domain name, that is to say one in the expiration or pending delete phase. No action via a namecatcher is possible before this moment.
